Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Polaris”) hereby provides the following update on the impact of the earthquake (M7.6) that occurred off the eastern coast of Aomori Prefecture on December 8, 2025, on the hotels operated by the Polaris Group.

We extend our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected by the earthquake.

The Polaris Group operates hotels in Hokkaido and the Tohoku regions; however, no significant damage to buildings or injuries to guests, employees, or others has been reported at this time.
Should any damage that may affect the operations of the Polaris Group’s hotel business be identified, Polaris will provide additional updates as necessary.
